Terms of Service – Sutton Express Cars

Welcome to Sutton Express Cars. By using our website, booking platform, or any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

Sutton Express Cars offers private hire taxi services, including:

  • Airport transfers to and from Sutton

  • Standard minicabs and executive vehicles

  • 24/7 pre-booked rides to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted & London City Airport

All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.


2. Bookings

  • You can book online, by phone, or via messaging.

  • Confirmation of booking does not guarantee immediate dispatch but confirms your slot is reserved.

  • Please provide accurate details: pickup location, time, contact number, and flight information (if applicable).

  • Bookings made for incorrect times or dates may not be refunded.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 3 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge up to the full fare.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.


4. Delays and Waiting Time

  • We monitor flights and traffic to adjust pickup times when possible.

  • Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for standard pickups, and 45 minutes after flight landing for airport pickups.

  • Extra waiting time may be charged at our standard rate.


5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Ensure you are ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.

  • Notify us promptly if you’re delayed.

  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.

  • Smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol in vehicles is not allowed.


6. Pricing and Payments

  • All fares are fixed at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

  • Fares include fuel, parking (if agreed), and tolls (where applicable).

  • Payment can be made online, by card, or in cash to the driver.

  • We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice, but not after booking confirmation.


7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures).

  • We are not liable for missed flights due to delays unless caused by our own proven negligence.

  • Sutton Express Cars is fully licensed and insured under local regulations.


8. Lost Property

  • Any items left in our vehicles will be returned when possible.

  • We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.


9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services or use them for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person behaving aggressively, abusively, or dangerously.


10. Amendments

Sutton Express Cars may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
